So no Additional guests. Clients can prefer child to be dropped off or parent can sit in THE waiting area OUT in the courtyard if my space is needed for a client needing to be serviced. Please respect my schedule as I modify mines as you book. Cancellations must be done within 48 hours. You can cancel, reschedule on your end online 24/7 if not there will be a 50% late Cancellation fee or a No show fee charge 100%. I give a 15 minute window if Late after that there is a removing of services or same day cancellation/rescheduling fee. No charge if you cancel/reschedule at least 42 hours before your appointment starts. The Website is available 24/7 No need to contact me directly to cancel Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for No Shows, no refund on deposits. I do allow a 15 minute window if running late.
